How to delete an existing admin or user

Only the current account admin can add or remove other admins and editors from a profile.

If you need to remove an admin, please ask the existing admin to log in and update the account settings.

If you need to transfer account ownership, please submit a request to our support team. Our team will review the request and help update permissions so the correct person has owner access.
